Tasty Tuesday: Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
Here is a delicious and healthy Tasty Tuesday recipe for Strawberry Frozen Yogurt.
- 4 Cups Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp Raw Honey, Melted
- 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Wash the Strawberries, and Remove the Stems. Slice Them in Half.
Freeze Overnight by Placing Them Flat on Parchment Paper.
Add the Frozen Strawberries, Honey, Greek Yogurt, and Lemon Juice to a Food Processor.
Process until Creamy, Approximately 5 Minutes.
Add Additional Honey if it needs to be Sweeter.
Place in an Airtight Container & Freeze for 2-3 Hours for a Harder Consistency.
