Healthy Blueberry Banana Bread

Here is a yummy recipe for a Healthy Blueberry Banana Bread. This is perfect for a dessert or breakfast. The best part is, it’s healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ Cups Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven to 350 Degrees.

In a Bowl, Mash Bananas. Mix Eggs, Yogurt, Honey, Vanilla Extract and Baking Soda into the Mixture.

Add the Flour and Mix. Then Add the Blueberries and Fold into Mixture.

Pour the Batter into a Greased 9×5 inch Bread Pan. Bake for Approximately 50 Minutes. Check with a Toothpick Comes Clean.

Cool for 15 Minutes. Serve.
