Today’s Tasty Tuesday: Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots

Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 Lbs Carrots, Cut into 2 – 3 In Pieces
  • 5 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Chopped Parsley

Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees. Grease a Baking Sheet with Cooking Spray. Cut Up Carrots.

Melt Butter Over Medium – High Heat in a Large Nonstick Skillet. Add Garlic and Cook for 3 Minutes, or Until Lightly Browned. Stirring Frequently.

Toss the Carrots with the Garlic Butter Until Well Combined. Transfer to a Baking Sheet.

Arrange in One Layer, and Bake for 22 – 30 Minutes, or Until Carrots are Tender.

Remove from Oven and Serve. Garnish with Parsley.
