This Tasty Tuesday is for Chicken Parmesan Meatballs. This can be served by itself as an appetizer, as a main dish or pour on top of spaghetti noodles. The possibilities are endless!
Chicken Parmesan Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 ¼ Lbs Minced Chicken
2 Tbsp Onion, Chopped
½ Cup Parmesan
½ Cup Breadcrumbs
Zest of ½ Lemon
1 Tbsp Parsley, Chopped
1 Minced Garlic Clove
1 Egg, Whisked
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Sauce:
Red Sauce of Your Choosing
Olive Oil
Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Put the Ingredients in a Bowl and Mix Well.
Divide the Mixture into Large Balls, and Arrange Them on Foil.
Mix a Spoonful of Sauce and 3 Tbsp Olive Oil. Brush on the Meatballs.
Bake for 15 Minutes.
Add Some Sauce to the Meatballs and Top with Some Cheese.
Broil the Meatballs for 3 -5 Minutes to Toast the Cheese.
Heat Up the Remainder of the Sauce. Top the Meatballs with Heated Sauce and Serve.
