Stuffed Steak Rolls
Looking for the perfect dinner for the dad in your life for Father’s Day? Try these Stuffed Steak Rolls. They’re sure to be a hit!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 Sweet Onions, Chopped
- 2 Cups Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
- ½ Tbsp Kosher Salt
- ½ Tbsp Ground Pepper
- 2 Lbs Flank Steak
- 1 – 4 Oz Package Baby Spinach
- 9 Slices Provolone Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
Heat 1 Tbsp Canola Oil in a Pan on Medium-High Heat. Add the Garlic, Onions, Mushrooms, Salt & Pepper to the Pan. Cook for Approximately 15-20 Minutes. Remove from Heat.
Spoon the Mixture on the Flank Steak, Spreading Evenly. Add the Spinach and Cheese. Roll the Steak Tightly Making Sure the Grain of the Meat is Going Horizontally. Secure the Steak with Toothpicks. Slice into 6 Rolls.
Heat 1 Tbsp Canola Oil in a Pan on High Heat. Sear the Steak on One Side for 1-2 Minutes. Sear the Other Side for 1 Minute. Bake in the Oven for 10-15 Minutes. Serve.
