Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Here is a delicious recipe for a Cream Cheese Pound Cake.
- 1 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1 – 8 Oz Package Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 6 Lrg Eggs
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Milk
Beat the Butter and Cream Cheese at Medium Speed for 2 Minutes or Until Creamy. Add Sugar Gradually, Beating for 5 – 7 Minutes.
Add Eggs, 1 at a Time, Beating until the Yellow Disappears. Add Vanilla and Mix Well. Combine Flour & Salt and Gradually Add, Beating at a Low Speed until Blended.
Pour Batter into a Greased & Floured 10 In Tube Pan. Fill a 2 Cup, Ovenproof Measure Up with Water. Place in with the Tube Pan into the Oven.
Bake at 300 Degrees for 1 Hour & 30 Minutes or Until Toothpick Comes Out Clean.
Mix Together until Desired Consistency is Reached. Add More Milk 1 Tsp at a Time to get Thinness Desired. Drizzle over Cooled Cake.
