Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
Here is a delicious treat for a hot day. It is a recipe for an Ice Cream Sandwich Cake! I can’t wait to try making this.
Ingredients:
- 15 Oreo Cookies
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 8 – 9 Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 1 Pint Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- 1 Pint Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
- 1 Pint Strawberry Ice Cream
- 1 8 Oz Container of Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
Instructions:
Coat the Bottom & Side of a 9 In Round Springform Pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray. Line the Side with Wax Paper.
Crush the Oreos in a Food Processor. Add the Milk. Pulse until the Mixture Holds Together.
Cut the Ice Cream Sandwiches into Quarters. Stack Them Around the Wax Paper Lined Pan. Spoon the Cookie Crumbs into the Center of the Pan. Press Firmly over the Bottom. Freeze for 1 Hour.
Spread the Mint Chocolate Chip on Top of the Crushed Oreo Bottom. Then Spread the Vanilla Ice Cream. Then Spread the Strawberry Ice Cream. Top with the Whipped Topping.
Freeze Overnight.
