Tasty Tuesday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I made this Slow Cooker Pot Roast over the weekend for my family. It was divine! The whole family enjoyed it! I used baby carrots instead of chopping whole carrots.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Lbs Chuck Roast
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Oz Dried Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • 3 Gold Potatoes, Diced
  • 3 Lg Carrots, Chopped
  • ½ Cup Water

Instructions:

Place the Chuck Roast into a Slow Cooker. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper and Onion Soup Mix. Top with Vegetables and Water.

Cook on Low for 8 Hours or High for 4 – 5 Hours.

Serve.
