¾ Cup Bourbon or Whiskey
½ Cup Butter
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Chopped Dill
1 ½ Lbs Carrots, Sliced in ½ In Pieces
Salt & Pepper
Add Bourbon to a Saute Pan. Cook on Medium – High Heat until Bourbon has Reduced by Half, which is Approximately 10 Minutes.
Add the Butter, Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, Dill, Carrots and Salt & Pepper to Taste. Mix Well.
Reduce the Heat to Medium and Cook for 15 – 20 Minutes or Until Carrots are Tender.
Garnish with Fresh Dill.
