Tasty Tuesday: Cream Cheese Cranberry Loaf

This recipe would wonderful for a holiday party, as a gift or for your holiday house guests.  It is easy and delicious!


  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Cranberries
  • 1 ½ Cups Sugar
  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 – 8 Oz Package Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 4 Eggs, Room Temperature
  • 1 ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Salt


Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees & Lightly Grease a 9×5 In Loaf Pan with Butter or Non-Stick Spray.

Mix Together the Butter, Cream Cheese and Sugar in a Large Bowl. Beat in the Eggs One at a Time and the Vanilla.

In a Separate Bowl Whisk Together the Flour, Baking Soda & Salt. Gradually Add to the Wet Ingredients.

Fold in the Cranberries and Pour into the Pan.

Bake for 60 – 70 Minutes. It is finished when a Toothpick comes out Clean.

Cool for 15 Minutes Prior to Serving.
