Serve this delicious mimosa and toast your mom, on Mother’s Day. This drink is simple and sure to make your her day extra special!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup champagne, plus more for topping off flute
Sliced strawberries, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender or food processor, blend strawberries, sugar, and champagne until fully combined, then pour into champagne flutes and top with more bubbly.
Garnish with a strawberry slice and serve.
