
Spring weather is upon us and we wanted to share one of our favorite fruit salads. This recipe is easy to make and it is a healthy one that your family is sure to love. It is a refreshing snack or a colorful addition to a meal.
Ingredients:
• 1 lb fresh strawberries: quartered
• 4 kiwis: peeled and diced
• 2 mangoes: diced
• 2 bananas: sliced
• 12 oz fresh blueberries
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 1 lime, juiced
Directions:
Quarter the strawberries and place into a large bowl.
Dice the mango and place on top of the strawberries.
Peel and dice the kiwi. Add into the bowl.
Slice bananas and place in the bowl. Add in the blueberries.
In a small bowl mix honey and lime juice.
Pour syrup over the fruit and mix. Mix well.
