Kate Kratchovil started her career in real estate in 2002, when she became a licensed agent. In 2007, Kate created a business out of her favorite part of the listing process – photographing homes! Several thousand homes later, it is still her passion.

Kate has been a Cobb County resident since 1984. She is a current resident of Kennesaw. She has three grown children, two daughters and a son, and 2 grandchildren.
Kate now has a full time lead photographer, Cheyenne, and her son Chase is her videographer.
