Susan McElvy has been the owner of Pearl’s Spa since April 2021. She has spent her career in business management and consulting. She is also the proud owner of Imagine Consulting Group and has spent time traveling around the country teaching Leadership, Team Building and Customer Service.
As a Disney Institute graduate of their Customer Service program, Susan knows the joy of a creating a memorable customer experience.
Susan has been married to Chris since 1998 and they have two awesome boys, Mason and Jackson. She is a member and volunteer at NorthStar Church. Susan is a board member of the Allatoona Baseball Dugout Club, sits on the Principal’s Advisory Board for Allatoona High School and is a proud member of the Acworth Business Association.
She has spent her entire career teaching others about creating a wonderful customer experience, the importance of a healthy culture and the how to be a strong leader. Susan is really passionate about these three topics! She now demonstrates how awesome it can be when you create a place that is all about others!
