The Avenue East Cobb is getting a makeover! They will be adding an event space for gatherings and community events. They will host movie nights, yoga classes, live music and family events. Some of the nearby restaurants will have shared outdoor seating and a fire-pit.
The shopping area will stay open during redevelopment. Many of the existing businesses will stay and new retailers and restaurants will join. They are expected complete the project in August 2023.
