Tasty Tuesday ~ Oreo Cookie Balls

Celebrate National Oreo Cookie Day on March 6th with these delicious cookie balls! They are perfect for parties or to enjoy at home.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. softened brick cream cheese
36 finely crushed Oreo cookies
4 packages white baking chocolate, melted ​

DIRECTIONS:

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs.

Shape into 48 balls.

Freeze for 10 minutes.

Dip each ball in melted chocolate, then place in a single layer in waxed paper-lined pan.​

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
