In honor of Mimosa Day on May 16th, we wanted to share our favorite mimosa recipe! This is simple to make and so delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

16 oz. brut champagne
10 oz. pineapple juice
4 oz. birthday cake rum you can also use vanilla rum
2 oz. grenadine
Maraschino cherries and sliced pineapple for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

In a champagne flute, add the champagne, pineapple juice, rum, and grenadine.

Top with maraschino cherries and sliced pineapple

Stir before drinking and enjoy!
