Since having once lived in Italy, I have developed a deep love for authentic Italian cusine. This new Italian family dining establishment is the latest venture by Randy “Mac” McCray, the proprietor of Mac’s Chophouse, Mac’s Raw Bar,and a co-owner of The Mill Kitchen and Bar in Roswell. Teamimg up with Executive Chef Gianni Betti, co-owner of Cibo e Beve, this restaurant promises to deliver genuine Italian dishes, a charcuterie and mozzarella bar, an impressive selection of award-winning wines, and more. It is sure to be a delightful addition to our community.
