Founder Chad Bowman, born and raised in San Antonio, TX, learned the construction trade early while working alongside his father, a local general contractor. After graduating from Texas Lutheran University, Chad took a role at Walt Disney World in Orlando, where he learned one of his most valuable lessons: the customer is always right. That principle has been at the heart of Lonestar Painting ever since.
Unlike franchise owners who manage from a distance, Chad spent 10 years on the ladder himself, learning the tools, techniques, and top-quality products that would define his company. Today, Lonestar Painting is 100% referral-based—a rare achievement that speaks to the trust and satisfaction of its clients.
The backbone of Lonestar’s success is built not only on craftsmanship but on long-standing relationships—with experienced foremen, dedicated crews, and loyal clients who keep coming back.
But behind the brush is a family man. Chad and his wife Lauren have five children, one of whom works at Lockheed Martin, while the other four attend North Cobb Christian School. Family values and hard work go hand-in-hand, and those same values show up in every project Lonestar takes on.
