Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Makes 2 cocktails
Ingredients
For the Drink
- 3 ounces vodka (2 shots)
- 3 ounces pumpkin spice creamer (2 shots)
- 1½ ounces Kahlúa coffee liqueur (1 shot)
- Whipped cream, optional for garnish
- Pumpkin pie spice, optional for garnish
- Ice
For the Rim
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or sparkling sugar
- 3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
Instructions
1. Prepare the festive rim.
Combine the pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and crushed graham crackers on a shallow plate.
Dip the rims of two glasses lightly in water, then press each rim into the graham cracker mixture until well coated. Set the glasses aside.
2. Mix your cocktail.
Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, pumpkin spice creamer, and Kahlúa.
Shake gently until everything is combined and chilled.
3. Pour and garnish.
Add ice to your prepared glasses and pour the cocktail mixture over the top.
For an extra-special fall touch, finish each drink with a generous swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
